    HORIZONTAL TRACKING STRUCTURE

The tracker's cost-effectiveness, the fact that it is easy and fast to install and its 30% higher output compared to fixed installations makes the Greenergy HTS a solid investment.

The horizontal tracking system is produced from modular aluminum extrusions with an anodized conservation. Cast aluminum parts make the installation an easy and cost-effective job because no special tools / drilling are needed and it can be installed with low skilled people.

The tracker turns 3 landscape mounted solar panels on top of each other – a standard table consists of 3 x 25 solar panels being controlled by one solar tracking device.

Modular Assembly of Aluminum Racking Structure

The design of a modular, low height structure results in simple assembly that does not require cranes or lifting equipment, which saves time in the installation of the solar PV system. No welding or drilling is required at location: all the parts can be assembled using fastening devices, reducing costs and assembly times.

Easy Optimal Logistics

The parts are assembled on location, which means they are easily delivered in standard containers.

Robust, long lasting non rusting structure

The entire structure is made of aluminum anodised extrusion profiles that are assembled with cast aluminum parts to ensure excellent performance in the different foundations systems. The tracker can be used with a variety of foundation systems – with or without concrete – making it possible to use ground profiles and / or foundation screws assembly.

Universal & Adaptable

The simple modular design of the axes allows for perfect adaptability to different types of ground and dimensions (including uneven ground) and to the different PV modules available on the market.

Low Maintenance

Since the system requires almost no maintenance, both maintenance costs and production interruptions are reduced. Cleaning the PV modules is an easy task because the tracker is not tall.

Low Environmental Impact & Light Construction Work

Its low height means lower environmental impact. Given the reduced dimension of the pillar or column section, it requires only light construction work. Land levelling, which is not permitted by environmental authorities in certain locations, is not required, which reduces work costs and avoids affecting the land.

High Precision

With a low number of mobile parts and the solar tracker software the system tracks the sun with high precision.
